We found her an awesome prom dress and matching accessories and we will definitely shop there again next year. It is must shop store in South Carolina and Georgia for any prom need. Aria Bridal and Formal Alex - PROVIDENCE, RI My daughter and I shopped at Aria in the Providence Place mall for her Prom dress. The dress had to be altered and they did a terrible job with the hem and the zipper. It cannot be worn. The manager argued with me, she also signed my name on the Receipt. They would not take the dress back or refund my money. This will be reported to the BBB. Horrible Customer Service. I do not recommend this store. Rip-off. They want you to think you are getting a great deal, but in reality you are purchasing no-name dresses from Orchard St. in NYC (or second hand). They are not trust-worthy and will deceive you!!!! The problem I have found is that a lot of places either don't have enough to choose from or will dedicate enough time to give you that one on one experience that makes you feel comfortable.
